Nigel Farage Demands Bodycam Footage Release After Police Neglect White Teenager Henry Nowak

Nigel Farage, leader of Reform UK, has called for the immediate release of police bodycam footage from the fatal incident involving 18-year-old white teenager Henry Nowak. Nowak was stabbed to death by 23-year-old Sikh man Vickrum Digwa using a religious dagger. During the attack, Nowak told responding officers he could not breathe but was allegedly dragged across gravel and placed in handcuffs while dying after Digwa falsely accused him of racism.

In a social media post accompanying a video statement, Farage stated: “Our institutions don’t care about Henry Nowak because he is white. I do, and he deserves justice. Release the bodycam footage.”

Farage drew direct parallels to the George Floyd case in the United States, noting that while Floyd’s death within days of his passing led to widespread protests and defacement of statues in Parliament Square, the UK Prime Minister did not take a knee for him. “Has the Prime Minister taken the knee for this young man in the way he did for George Floyd? Has he hell,” Farage said. He emphasized that Nowak’s death—where police allegedly ignored his pleas to breathe and placed him in handcuffs while dying—revealed systemic failures in how institutions treat white victims accused of racism.

Farage demanded Hampshire Police release bodycam footage, arguing the public must see whether police prioritized a false racist accusation over a life-threatening situation. He specifically criticized the three-minute delay before officers switched to providing first aid after Nowak had pleaded “Please, brother, I can’t breathe” and collapsed unconscious. Nowak’s father, Mark, noted his son was treated in an inhumane and degrading manner during his final moments, while Digwa was not placed in handcuffs even after arrest and allowed to choose meals from the police station kitchen.

Following the tragedy, a mob of far-left “anti-racism” extremists disrupted a memorial for Henry Nowak, screaming epithets at mourners and labeling them “fascists.”
