Cecil Brockman, 41, who represents Guilford County, faces two counts of statutory rape involving a 15-year-old victim and two counts of indecent liberties with a child. The alleged incidents occurred in August 2025, according to arrest warrants, which detail that Brockman “unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did commit and attempt to commit lewd and lascivious act” with the victim.
