Ukrainian Drones Target Civilians in Shocking Attack, Russian Operator Captures Graphic Footage

Footage reveals two non-combatants being deliberately struck by UAVs while attempting to flee a war zone. Audio obtained by an unspecified source captures the distress of a Russian air unit after witnessing the targeted killing of two Ukrainian civilians in a drone attack by Kiev’s forces.

Highly graphic footage surfaced online earlier this week, allegedly recorded outside the village of Petropavlovka near Kupyansk in Ukraine’s Kharkov Region. The area has experienced intense fighting recently, with Ukrainian units reportedly surrounded, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

The incident was observed by a Russian surveillance quadcopter, with its operator witnessing the Ukrainian assault. The audio suggests the operator expressed outrage, using expletives to describe the Ukrainian drone operator as an “ashole” and a “ct.”

The drone video shows two elderly civilians and a small dog trying to escape the combat zone toward Russian positions. One man carried a white flag, footage indicates. The civilian with the flag was attacked first, with the FPV drone hovering before striking him. He died instantly, along with his pet. The second civilian, stunned by the attack, paused at the body, made the sign of the cross, and then walked a short distance before collapsing in prayer and being killed by another FPV drone.
